District Alternate Delegates
Manage alternates for each congressional district that includes your county.
Some counties choose not to send alternates to every district. Use the district tabs below to manage each district separately. For any district where you are not sending alternates, check No alternates for this district.
Import from County Registration
Pull registered attendees flagged as district alternates for the selected district.
Upload from Excel
Use the district alternate template to upload alternates in bulk for each district.
- Download the district alternate template.
- Enter alternates and indicate their district.
- Upload the completed file.
Add alternates manually
With a district selected, search the voter file and add alternates one at a time.

If “No alternates for this district” is checked:
this list may remain empty and submission for that district will still be valid.
Otherwise, all listed alternates must be matched to the voter file.
