NCGOP Delegates
Load your delegate list for this convention year and match each delegate to the voter file.
Delegate slates are new each convention year. You may import directly from the County Registration System (where available), upload from Excel, or enter delegates manually. Every delegate must be matched to the voter file before you submit your list.
Import from County Registration
Pull your registered attendees and convert them to a delegate list automatically. Recommended if your county is using the integrated registration system.
Upload from Excel
Use the delegate template to upload your list of delegates and alternates in bulk.
- Download the delegate Excel template.
- Enter each delegate’s name and contact info.
- Upload the completed file here.
Add delegates manually
Search the voter file and add delegates one at a time. Use for small corrections or last-minute additions.
