Precinct Chairs

Maintain your precinct leadership and match each chair to the voter file.

We’ve pre-loaded your current list of precinct chairs. You may start from last year’s list, upload a new Excel file, or update individual precincts manually. You can delete a chair to clear that slot and then assign a new chair.

1 Load precinct chairs
2 Match to voter file
3 Review & submit

Use last year’s list

Load your prior-year precinct chairs and adjust any changes precinct by precinct.

Upload from Excel

Use the precinct chair template to upload your leadership slate in bulk.

  1. Download the precinct chair template.
  2. Enter precinct, name, and contact info.
  3. Upload the completed file here.

Update precinct manually

Search the voter file and assign a chair for a specific precinct, or fill a vacant precinct.
