Maintain your precinct leadership and match each chair to the voter file.
We’ve pre-loaded your current list of precinct chairs. You may start from last year’s list, upload a new Excel file, or update individual precincts manually. You can delete a chair to clear that slot and then assign a new chair.

Deleting a chair will clear the name and contact info for that precinct,
leaving the slot vacant so you can assign a new chair later.
Precinct chair guidance
Checklist• Each precinct chair must be a registered Republican in your county.
• Vacant precincts may remain empty, but should be clearly marked as vacant.
• Use Delete chair to remove outdated names and then assign new chairs.
